So this customer comes through drive and asks for the cranberry orange scone, our store was out for the day so I offer her the cranberry bliss bar or our other scones. She asks me what the cranberry bliss bar is and I explain it to her in my own way — it’s like a small piece of cheesecake with cranberries crumbled on the top and it’s really yummy. She doesn’t seem interested and then goes on to ask if we have those “little cranberry cake things” to which I reply “yes ma’am, the cranberry bliss bar?” She starts to get really loud at this point telling me “NO, it’s like a little mini piece of cake with icing and cranberries on the top and comes in those trays of like eight of them.” I turn my headset off for a second and sigh loudly and then tell her again, “That does sound like the cranberry bliss bar to me ma’am, it comes in the package that’s red and green?” Now we’re both frustrated. “UGH NO THAT’S NOT IT! FORGET IT”

I mean.....am I wrong here lol, is there another item she’s thinking of? 😂
