Welcome to the new machines! They’re fcking awesome! Just a few tips; the water heater and back behind the hoppers can get very dirty very fast, be gentle when cleaning the hoppers bc they suck to replace and they can f the calibration up on the machine.

Any way to replace the calibration once it's effed up? Our machines calibration goes wack out of nowhere and it's so annoying to have to constantly be on top of it 🙄

Yeah , I recalibrate it with that / 5 double shots, but then it goes awry again

We had to call tech to come out. :( He fixed it but one machine like loud as fuck. But he said it’s easier to repair and faster

There is a setting in the menu. Hit the gear, scroll down to auto calibration and run it. It pulls around 30 shots but it runs so fucking smooth after, it's worth it

We were supposed to get the new machines, we all did the pre training for them, and then the night before we were supposed to get them they told us we weren’t getting them then and we would get them soon. It’s been 4 months...

My store just got these “new machines”. Yeah, they’re used😐. The installers had to come back the next day with new parts😐.

I also worked the morning we got our new machines, and the first thing I did was touch the water heater because it looked so shiny... pro tip, don’t touch it (if you haven’t already) because that thing is fucking hot lol

It doubles the caffeine while maintaining the same volume. I regularly get an updosed blonde dopio in the morning to help with my customer service :p
