Honestly it takes a lot to be good at window, you're probably reliable there. I don't work mornings anymore but I'm great with customers bc it's been my job for a while so I would get thrown there. There are some baristas who refuse to be a team player and won't try to engage with customers at all or will get frustrated, you're probably definitely not one of them.

If you're sick of it though definitely speak up! Everyone should get rotated evenly but aces in their places is the easiest way to deploy, if you bring up that you're sick of window I'm sure you'll get some bar time

Maybe the partners they are putting there need more training especially if they came after you?

I promise you you'll learn bar soon! When I first started I didn't get to make drinks until about 7 months in to the job. After I learned bar I kept being put on it 😅

I haven't been given much hot bar either, and I'm also put on window a lot lol. they JUST started letting me order take for myself. that useless feeling is very frustrating, but you're not alone !! hang in there!!!
