a lady came through today and ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and some other stuff. she gets to the window and pays, so when her drinks are done i hand them to her and she looks at the frap and says “oh i wanted this HOT”

i SWEAR i almost screamed. i spent a full TEN MINUTES explaining that, no, we can’t make the frappuccino hot (only for her to stare at me blankly and blink very slowly, as if trying to comprehend what i was saying) but she can ask for a latte w/ whip, dark caramel, caramel crunch topping and drizzle since that’s what is in the caramel ribbon crunch (i feel like this was the easiest solution to a hot frappuccino” 😩 that was too confusing though apparently and said she would just continue asking for a hot frappuccino
