I'm so frustrated?!!!! Honestly just using this to rant but I'm so frustrated that I hate my job so much but I have no other options where I am. I'm pretty young, and where I live I get paid almost $13 at starbucks + tips. This is WAY above the minimum wage in my state (honestly don't know how we get paid that much) and I can't make that much anywhere else especially at my
age. I'm just so stuck because I have to choose my bills above my mental health.

I'm so sorry. I'm feeling the same way rn. I feel like if it weren't for health care, I wouldn't be here. I just keep saying that this is only a stepping stone. It doesn't have to be forever (unless you want it to be), it's just a necessity for right now. I'm sorry you're (we're all) going through this, but thank you for posting because it helped me feel less alone.

Same here. Unfortunately it’s really hard to find jobs right now. Makes me feel like my degree was useless! But it’s not forever

I’m really sorry :( I hope things look up for you soon buddy. idk what state you live in but sometimes there are jobs where u could attain a minor certification and work a better job. That’s what I did at least. or paid internships. Whole Foods pays I think $15hr. Hobby lobby pays $17 where I’m at. Also I understand u can’t just drop everything to do these things so if ur in a pinch Starbucks has the CUP funds.

This is exactly how I feel! I can’t stand it anymore. I hate feeling trapped. This job stresses me out way more than I get payed. It’s not worth it
