Healthcare workers, then first responders, then the elderly, then teachers... but weren’t we essential too? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Just looking at the vaccine news and who’s next in line to get the vaccine. Apparently we’re essential, _but not really._ All retail, fast food, grocery employees who stuck their necks out for people to have what they need aren’t really essential or in line. It’s crazy that we deal with the psychos and the anti maskers the most and aren’t even considered to be the first in line for the vaccine!

I hate that!!! After those that are listed we should be right behind. We have a good chance to get sick, and if we do get sick there is a big chance that we'll unintentionally spread like wild fire. I make me so mad. I mean I understand but that doesn't mean I like it 😡😡😡.

that’s the thing about working in fast food, grocery stores, and retail... nobody ever knows what it’s like for us or the risk we’re at until they work a day in our shoes. All they do is sit back and tell us we complain too much.
