Click on your individual account, click Positions, click on whatever stock you want to sell, and there should be a button that says sell. Then you just need to put in how many stocks you want to sell, hit preview order, and then place order.

There is a fee so you’re not going to get 100% of it, but there’s no way around that that I know of.
