My mom, who hasn't worked in over 30+ years tried saying how we should be thankful for the 10% raise and fighting for $15 or more and jobs would have to lay off people.
Yeah right. Like my .92¢ raise is gonna cause problems.
The ceo got a huge bonus, starbucks is busier than ever and we have to deal with maskless customers.

But when minimum wage goes up in states your 10%-11% will just be overtaken by the minimum wage. You will be making whatever a new partner would be making

At least make it $10.50 for minimum and slowly go up. We have to do so much bs for a short time. Like people are shocked by the time we have to wake up for work and expect excellent coffee. I mean I’m just saying 🤷🏻♀️
