Harassing, threatening, and combative behavior from customers. When is it considered a terroristic threat? (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by WhileGloomy
I mean, somebody getting in your face, shouting until they are red in the face, maybe even poking you or grabbing you or threatening or making implied threats out to be considered a crime. If it happened outside of your house, you would call the police. One day a person who is fed up with life is going to punch karen good and hard, and I am not going to blame them.

much love to you, but my coworker of 17 years because he defended himself while a customer physically assaulted him(like punching him) and he got fired. Not for hitting her, but for pushing her away when she came at him. Luckily, this was pre-covid, but we all know starbucks would not care if it was covid tiems.
