Hey y’all- so I just got hired at Starbucks and I have online training next week. However I’m unsure if I’m supposed to complete the onboarding tasks before the online training. If someone can help me out and let me know that’d be great!

Did they instruct you to do those outside of work as I’m new as well but I always done my training at my store. The barista training is broken into parts and with activities each day.

They gave me onboarding tasks which include the tax forms and safety protocols. My hiring manager told me to complete some stuff online and then I have online training for 8 hours. And then in store training that’s broken up into separate day.

Interesting my first day was just paper work. 2nd day was my barista training.

Usually with online training it is only accessible through the store computer. If it's through mylearning you won't be able to access it at home so I would double check unless they explicitly told you the training was at home :)

No you can access it on a personal PC/Laptop. I went back to review after each shift lol
