Probably like 3 months or so? I was in a pretty toxic long term relationship that I knew I needed to get out of, and he kind of helped me see that. He made the first move, asked me for my number "for work reasons" lol we texted each other memes and joked and flirted a lot. I broke up with my ex and like a week or two later he asked me to lunch and we went and talked a lot. Then we went and got coffee another time and walked around the town for hours just talking. And finally he invited me to a bon fire and we made things official that night! We moved pretty fast lol

I mean as a guy myself we are very simple. Just ask stuff and it may trigger a long conversation.

Ask him questions about himself and things he likes to do, just his life in general outside of work. Find mutual interests, or at least things you'd be interested in doing, and try and do those activities outside of work with him.
