Anyone else thank the coffee gods for the quick and tasty undertow? My manager had me try one the other day, and I gotta say, efficiency and tastiness combined. 10/10

I am in quarantine. I have been in quarantine for just about One year now. I make on average about 12-14 undertow shots for both me and my dad every single day. Rose cheesecake and rose lavender cheesecake undertows to be precise. And yes, they are delicious :3

Usually it’s:
•1 pump of flavor syrup of choice or sweetener (optional)
•~1-2oz of half and half
•Double shot espresso (blonde espresso if you like it less bitter)
Pump flavor in short cup. Then add half and half. Take a bar spoon and have the back facing up, holding it in the center of the cup, slowly pour espresso over the spoon to make it “float” the espresso over the milk, resulting in a layered tasty drink!

This is my favorite drink!! 😩💛 I usually make mine with a pump of vanilla, some soy, and two ristretto shots
