So I’ve been a borrowed partner in pretty much all the stores in my district, I’ve also covered shifts at a couple of stores on the districts right next to mine and there hasn’t been problem or the need of any dm to interfiere (I want to assume that is because it is still the same region even though idk how regions are divided lol) however...I really like new environments and I would love to work at stores that could be a little bit far away from my district but still inside of my state (Example: I live in the suburbs and would like to cover a shift at a store in downtown that is about 40 mins away from my home store) idk if I explained everything right lol but does anyone know if this is possible? Like I know that technically I would have to talk to my dm if its anything outside of my district (but like I said I’ve done that before and there was no need of taking to him) and I also know that if I wanted to work our of state I would have to do a whole transfering process because of tax rate and all of that sooo yeah does anyone know if I can actually cover outisde of my region without a problem or is it too much paperwork?
