I would try to speak with the partners individually about their behavior first and try to work out a solution. Be sure you get a chance to speak your peace with them but remember to keep the dialogue open! :)) use words/phrasing like Perhaps dming them if you have work specific app like my team or just pulling them aside before/after your shifts or when its not busy? If that doesnt work you need to start working up the chain from shifts to your sm. If no one on your team is willing to check themselves I suggest you transfer. No one deserves to be treated badly!

If youre looking for more of an "in the moment thing" I would honestly just call them out for it. At this point it seems like theyve been disrespecting you for way too long and if you've already asked them to respect your boundaries maybe they just need a reminder or perhaps need suggestions on ways they can actually change their behavior.

Example dialogue:
"Hey Im noticing that youre speaking to me inappropriately and Ive asked before not to do this before. Next time can you try using (different words of your choice) if you're trying to communicate (so and so) with me?"

Sorry its been a day for me!- Id also like to add that you can straight up just say you're not getting paid to do x youre getting paid to be a barista and if they dont like that go to your sm. And if your sm doesnt help Id look into transfering stores. :)
