Basically try detoxing and remove caffeine from your system for a week... reset yourself. Just cause it's really not good for your heart.

switch to blonde espresso! a blonde doubleshot on ice will CAFFEINATE the heck out of you, and you can customize pretty easily: its good with cold foam on top if you dig that, and different syrups (white mocha is really nice! i used to get 1 wm, 1 peppermint in a grande) and it isn't too much liquid so it's pretty easy to get down quickly lol

we’re not even allowed to sell it bc it loses its “nitro” when it’s in that size and bc it’s probably a liability thing bc that’s so. much. caffeine. and is NOT good for you to drink constantly. also you numb yourself to the effects of caffeine as you continuously drink it so you should probably detox, otherwise a trenta nitro won’t do enough for you eventually either... try a bling double shot, it’s a better bet all around

I definitely get the feeling...but you might be better off doing 2 grandes just so it doesn’t settle and get gross (unless your’re chugging it). My go to for high caffeine with holiday sauces rn is an iced blonde americano w/cream and 1 pump chestnut praline 1 pump twm.

Edit: undertows are your best friend, they’re delicious and fast to drink and easy to make!
