Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make their headset fit better? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Whenever I have to wear the headset I find that the little foam piece moves constantly around on my ear and I can’t get it to fit nicely and stay put. If I’m moving quickly and turning my head it usually slides off my ear and then it’s like awkwardly hanging on half of my ear and then I have to constantly readjust it. It’s not the biggest deal, but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to keep it from moving around because it’s getting on my nerves.

I wear a bandana in my hair and the added thickness and texture makes suuuuch a difference

A hat helps.
I also wear a high pony with a claw clip up high and slide headband to almost intertwine with one of the claws.

I have a giant head so I hate that they are tight on me😑 when you figure it out let me know.

Ahh that would be obnoxious too! I wish they were more adjustable for us all :/
