ex. "hey, sorry I can't come in any earlier but I heard \_\_\_ was looking for some extra hours."

Or, you stop responding to her text messages. By Starbucks own standards, text messages are not an official means of communication. You’re under no obligation to reply to her.

One thing that's helped me with managers like this is to flip the interaction. Pick a time when she's less busy and ask if you can talk. Then just calmly lay it out for her, like, "Hey, I just wanted to make sure we're clear on my availability. I can't work outside my scheduled hours."
It will suck and be uncomfortable but be firm and, if you need to, pushy - make sure she gets that if she calls you again, you're going to ask to talk with her again, and it will be uncomfortable again, and neither of you wants that. (You don't have to say that outright.)
