Does anyone happen to know how to program headsets, we got a couple new ones and have had them for over a month but can’t use them because no one seems to know how to program them! Also, does anyone happen to know how to change the mode to not have to hold onto the button to talk to other partners on the headset? THANKS in advance!

Not sure about programming them, but to change to hands off mode
You just turn it off and then turn it on while holding both “on” buttons (as in the ones that connect you to the outside)
