we don’t even have a place for our belongings at my store. we have some coat hooks that are always full, and bags have to go on the floor if you have them.
and there’s boxes everywhere- on all shelves, floor- just enough room to walk through.
can you tell i’m jealous!!

Our manager was pretty much like ‘partners need their own desk because I’m tired of throwing away food wrappers left on our (his/shift managers) desk and setting my laptop on water rings.’ Really sucks to hear not everyone is getting the recognition they deserve. We’re lucky he’s all about making it an awesome place for us too. His thing is, “you work for me, I’ll work for you. You’re running this business. You need to be taken care of.” I’m sorry friend. Transfer to our store!!💖

we genuinely just don’t have room in the back. we’re such a high volume store with a tiny back room, there’s hardly anywhere to sit durning breaks so most people go to their cars
