Using scanner with new pull to thaw help!! (self.starbucksbaristas)

Have any of y’all got the new pull to thaw app to use the scanner? I was so fast before. Wondering if I called and asked they would add it lol I just want to scan and enter into the keypad like before 😭

Oh my god. Well I did my counts Wednesday using the scanner so it should definitely work. I also realized that in the top right corner you can filter out items you’ve already counted so it gets easier and easier to see what’s left.

wait what?! hahaha I always print and update the bar codes for our pastry trays but then you just *click* and a keypad for the numbers shows up. How do you do your counts?!

I just take the iPod with me and put the numbers numbers in it. There’s a list of all the food items

yes ours too but the green case on the ipod is a scanner!
I also meant print as in the barcode stickers so each tray is labeled and able to be scanned. not sure if that came across

Same, my location utilizes the scanner and barcodes to speed up the whole pull process.

Our store closed on the 14th so I haven't had to deal with new app.but also our scanner hasn't worked in MONTHS

That happened to us too. I called and they sent a new one
edit: I think they actually have you ship it and then they fix it and send it back. pulls on the paper worksheets for a week lol
