I just finished a Frappuccino and was putting another one in the blender when I hit the finished one and spilled it all over, into other fraps that were prepped so I had to dump all them out , along with remaking the finished one which had special instructions . I was already getting really frustrated but then I put the blender on the rack, and knocked over the cold foam blender onto the floor. I just started crying and had to excuse myself cause that was my breaking point. I also went to replace the caramel syrup and dropped the new one on the floor so that was also really cool and fun. I don’t think I’ve cried and worked so efficiently before.

In the middle of a rush at work today, I dropped the whole container of sweet cream in front of all the customers. I had about 5 drinks that needed VSCF. I so badly wanted to cry.

Honestly...good question, since my frappes are literally never this full lmao. But my boss also doesn’t like if we don’t fill it because then she says we’re using extra whip which costs extra

TBH I get a kick out of people going out of their way to get less for more. Though in this case they could be making the common mistake that mocha = coffee, and they don't want any coffee in their hot chocolate.

Why...just why 🤦🏻♀️ my work BFF actually sent me a pic of some lady’s drink earlier...she ordered a caramel brûlée latte, with no caramel brûlée syrup, sf cinnamon dolce, and CB topping. Why not just order a cinnamon dolce and ask for the cb topping 🤦🏻♀️

I think people do stuff like that to save money? But they only end up saving 30 cents at most (don't know how much they actually save, if anything, in this case).
