So I was on bar yesterday morning and this lady comes in and orders 2 peppermint white chocolate mochas. I look at the sticker and read it wrong, I read it as a regular pep. mocha. I make the first one, hand it out and start the second one. she asks if I made it with white mocha and I was like oh shoot! i put regular mocha in instead, i’ll just remake it. I could tell she was getting annoyed by her body language so I try to remake them as fast as possible. I hand the remake out and she looks at me confused. She said “are you sure this is the white mocha??” i was like yeah i put white mocha in those ones, i just messed up the first one. trying to send her on her way. she pointed at the espresso machine and said well it just came out really dark....


Y’ALL. this woman thought the espresso machine was some sort of magical drink maker 😂 i was trying not to laugh bc i know not everyone knows how it works but it’s no wonder they don’t understand how we can be so “slow” they think we have a big magic keurig back there 🤣 i wish i could press a peppermint white chocolate mocha button and have it come out just like that lol. i’m suggesting that to corporate.
