We've been getting a lot of deformed lids in addition to this, super annoying. Split a cup down the side the other day fighting with one

It’s so annoying it’s messes up all the whip and sometimes the drink smashes in half and makes a whole big mess. And sometimes the customers are just staring for three minutes while I struggle to lid their cup and then run behind on other drinks. 😫

Yes this has been happening to us with the venti holiday cups. I hate it so much.

Not the holiday cups specifically, but these new some lids don't really fit properly. Everyone at my store has been having difficulty since they came in, I want to say late September?

Word of warning, they're difficult to get on, but those lids will pop off again if you look at them funny. Especially if you work at a drive-thru, we've had a few customers ignore our warnings and grab the drink by lid, and end up with it down the side of their car or in their lap. You can prolly guess how that went.

In training, g/v done lids always fought with me. Now I’m getting nostalgic because I’ve been a barista for two years and suddenly the dome lids don’t fit anymore lol

We have this too. If you fill the drink to the ridge right before the top of the cup, make sure the whip is big enough to be full but small enough that it doesn’t touch the dome lid. The lids fit better. Not great, but it’s prevented a lot of messes.

For me its the grande iced cups/dome lids too 😑😑 so annoying
