we used to have a sheet of paper attached to the back of the RTD&E case that had the lifespan of things like sweet cream, whips, inclusions, chai, mocha etc and it disappeared but i don’t remember the dates for a lot of stuff, so if anyone could give me a little cheat sheet i’d love you forever :(

I didn’t know Skinny Mocha was a thing. We don’t have that at Tarbucks. Customers have asked about “sugar free mocha” and I had no clue what they were talking about.

I think only select locations have it. I know the market I'm in doesn't carry it, but we still get asked for it probably 3-4 times a day.

I think they're phasing it out? Market I'm in we used to get it but we don't anymore. Don't get asked about it so much anymore, but the first week or so after it was axed people were pissed.

If you log into the store ipad there should be a store resources app (looks like a manila file folder on a green background) and you can look up the shelf life of everything on it. I tried finding a list to print from the hub but it was really hard to find so i just use the ipad now.

Some stores where I’ve been a borrowed partner use a label maker to put common prep shelf lives on the lips of the drawer where they keep the day dots, killing two birds with one stone!

I actually looked this up the other day in the partner hub! Searched a bunch but “shelf life” seemed to produce info. Can’t remember specifically what I searched but it’s there! Had VSC, WC, chai, mocha, powders, refreshers. All the things!
