trying to get in to rq time off- new barista and it won't let me change my pw, I keep getting this message in red. please help. also instructions and link to the team app would be great too.(i.redd.it)

note: I DID meet the requirements. I also have misplaced my paperwork I got during the first sip thing. it's been pure chaos since I've started and it's my first job and it's really overwhelming so like, really simple step by step help would be so so so great.

Call the Starbucks enterprise tech link that’s on that page when it says you’re having issues, they should be able to help you out :) I’m a returning barista and just had this issue signing in; turns out my on boarding wasn’t completed and my SM had to finish some things on his end

i had this issue when i started. turns out it was because i was using the word Cookie in my passcode, which is too common of a word to be accepted. words related to starbucks like Coffee, Java, etc, or other common words could be causing this issue.

I've been trying to use a word using symbols (&, $, @ etc) and numbers that's unrelated to coffee or anything starbucks, and it still isn't working. I'm not sure what else to try other than calling the number or something

perhaps try a different, random word. you might have to call.
when i called through i needed to know my store number and i had to confirm my identity. i did it at the store with my barista trainer so i’m not really sure what number i called!
