The weekly starbucks pulse survey or whatever asked me if I knew about the pay increase, I selected no and they didn’t tell me... Are we going to get paid more or? Couldn’t find anything on the partner hub either. Or is it just the new years few cent raise thing?

Starting at some point next month, all parters get a base of a 10% raise. You should be having a conversation with your SM about exact details. Not sure if this only applies to US partners.

10% raises for all partners hired before September, 11% for 3+ year partners! There’s current discussion around additional shift pay. All new hires will be making a little more too.

No word yet on the shift pay increase though right? I’ve been self isolated because a coworker came back positive and it’s not letting me see the weekly update in my home computer.
