Our manager insisted we keep them up until he had to solo bar for the first time and walked face first into it. Came down immediately 😂

My SM got sent to a different store for a few weeks and the SM that is covering our store took ours down and told us it wasn’t mandatory.

Apparently there’s a specific deployment play & sticker routing that “””””eliminates”””” the need for the bar guards.

It involves all espresso/bar drinks printing to one labeler, and all cold bev drinks to the other. That way each partner can “distance” with their own bar.

Doesn’t work like that tho still in my bar partner’s face to get ice for iced drinks or to blend pumpkin cold foam for an iced venti vanilla chai.

I’m around these partners 30-40hrs a week as it is. I’ll accept not running into plexiglass or smashing my head on the stand as I get up from restocking fridges
