There's an app that you can download for all of that :) I dont have the instructions with the QR code but I'm sure you can get it from someone at your store

A lot of partners might tell you to not get the app because its a little tedious to download the app(you need to download like 3 apps for it first) and it also requires permission for access to personal information, but to me the app is worth it because its just so convenient for checking your schedule, how many hours you punched in, and requesting time off

You need a QR code from your trainer or GM. There is a ton of steps.
