I put in my notice. I feel so relieved. I'm lucky that I do have other money options, although its really sad that my husband and I both feel safer with me quitting and having no health insurance during a pandemic. Its just at a point where the best I can hope for coming out that store is to be tired. Worst is angry, crying, and worse.

Thatβs the only reason I stay because of the insurance but Iβm starting to feel like working here is the worst thing for my health right now

Yep. My store is a complete disaster, critical violations are more commonplace than starbucks standards and I feel gaslit when I try and coach people out of it because everyone is so set in their habits. I hate it here.

I'm experiencing the same thing. I'm transferring and not looking back. You don't owe them anything!
