Yeah me too :( I felt so bad, the past two sundays have been so bad as soon as my time hit i was out the DOOR. i typically stay to finish up things and make it a smooth transition into the next shift, but i havent had the energy to do it.

I put in my notice. I feel so relieved. I'm lucky that I do have other money options, although its really sad that my husband and I both feel safer with me quitting and having no health insurance during a pandemic. Its just at a point where the best I can hope for coming out that store is to be tired. Worst is angry, crying, and worse.

That’s the only reason I stay because of the insurance but I’m starting to feel like working here is the worst thing for my health right now

Yep. My store is a complete disaster, critical violations are more commonplace than starbucks standards and I feel gaslit when I try and coach people out of it because everyone is so set in their habits. I hate it here.

I'm experiencing the same thing. I'm transferring and not looking back. You don't owe them anything!

I wish I could cut and run. But I just took a SSV promotion and they cover my insurance 😞 slaves to capitalism raise your hands 🀚🏻
