It’s across the board 10% for baristas and shifts, 11% increase for 4+ year partners (I’m fairly certain). Theres a cap for people making some fairly high wage, but most partners don’t hit that cap. It should be in the weekly updates somewhere, but ask your SM next time you see :)

Well I just had my talk today, mine was 10%.

My SM said all Shifts are getting 11%, she told me my new raise and it definitely surprised me
