Some people don’t have cars. Some people know they have the really shitty cars that sound like a bomb going off in the headset. Some customers just want to come inside to order their drink. If they have that option, don’t judge them for using that option.

We have the opposite problem. We have an empty cafe and a line around the building and to the street. Then they complain about the line being so long as if they didn't see it when they drove up.

I go inside because it’s hard to communicate with masks, a plexi, a car engine, and an air curtain on.
