Its a lot of heavy lifting and can be stressful but the benefits and pay are great, if you work with people you like and don’t live in a busy area it can be fun and a new way to make friends! At your interview, maintain eye contact and make sure you show off your people skills. They want people who are good at communicating with others and are a people person. SAY YOURE GOOD AT MULTITASKING. You are going to do amazing.

They love hiring people that are p cheery, and have a flexible personality that can get along with anyone! learning all of the ins and outs/drink recipes is difficult at first but ask plenty of questions if you get hired! its better to take a minute to ask rather than getting used to doing a certain task wrong. :} but good luck either way! it’s an awesome job, just remember to keep your happy face on even for especially difficult customers

You’re gonna do great! Starbucks loves to hire people who haven’t had jobs before (that’s how I started). Just be genuine and kind, they like to hear about being organized and detail oriented. Being able to maintain a positive attitude is super important also. Good luck!!!

Smile. They look for people that have a natural "greeting" face, a nice smile and and a greeting. Make sure to introduce yourself, and if they offer you a drink for the interview, try not to be too complex. When the manager comes, make sure to stand up and properly greet them with a handshake and your name, and how excited you are. Talk about what you like at Starbucks, like the environment that store brings to people. You're going to do fantastic.

Be nice. Demonstrate you can work well with a team, be organized, lead, listen to directions, learn on your own, make customers happy and such. That’s mostly what’s required for the job so if you have those qualities, there’s little reason you wouldn’t get the job. Your routine as a barista will be clocking in, asking shift or manager where you’ll be, and then working with others to fulfill your tasks which will be: making hot drinks, cold drinks, managing the register and dealing with customers, warming up hot food and serving pastries, or cleaning dishes/the store. Just what I can recall off the top of my head at 4:40am
