Just tip it and shake it from side to side, like one swoop across the cup. And you can go back and forth a few times but you just want one movement above the cup, not little shakey movements.

Yep, the special cocoa is called “Barista Cocoa Powder”. It’s different than what’s typically on the condiment bar.
