I think as long as we're wearing masks it really shouldn't matter. I rarely ever see my coworkers noses.

Thank you so much! I have no problems with complying to dress code but as these are screwed into my face, I don't really have an option to remove them rn. Just don't want to cause trouble from the get go

Yeah if they're under the mask I really don't see why they'd be a problem. And TBH some SMs are wa more lenient on the dress code than others, so you may get lucky.

That makes sense, that's how it was when I was a manager at Lush. I really didn't care about little dress code things honestly as long as they did their job well and it wasn't like they picked an outfit going against every dress code rule on purpose haha

Were you laid off from your Lush job then?

Honestly if you were great enough to manage a LUSH, I can't imagine Starbucks ever turning you down considering both companies seem to have a strong focus on \~customer connections\~

It also depends on your SM. When I was hired (way before masks) I had 4 facial piercings (both nostrils, septum, and tongue) and I was never required to remove any of them. Even when I would cover shifts at other stores it was fine because everyone knows my SM was okay with it so I think it just depends more on how lax your SM is with the dress code.
