Possible Future Assitant Manager in Training (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by NerdyShibaDad
I have an interview on Friday for an Assistant Manager in Training position. I have never worked at a Starbucks store and I am looking for thoughts and insights on what to mention during the interview.

What are the partner's thoughts and concerns?

What is going on in the company that is not highly visible?

What should a future manager be concerned with and bring up with regional managers?

Any other thoughts or questions that could be brought up during the interview.

Thanks.

Thank you very much for your insight. I am a retired military member with 25 years of team management experience. I wholeheartedly know I am going in blind and I will depend on team members to show me everything from how to properly clean the bathroom to making drink orders. Adaptability and flexibility is a huge part of the military lifestyle. "The best-laid plan is drawn in pencil because it will never go as planned and need to be changed." Thank you again.
