My least favorite shift is morning because shift like to micromanage expect three people. Even though one of the person likes to everybody jobs except their supposed to be doing. Also run the whole thing is 10x time stressful then it seems supposed to because of it . Also the shift doesn’t do anything just like to sit by dto and check the time. The other shifts have tried to talk to the manager but there has been no change. It’s seem that manger is blinded on how bad the is morning shift is because their is more worried about the pressure from company even tho we have been more busy in the past. If there any advice on this please help
