New Starbucks hire here and i’m starting monday, What is the beverage sequence for hot bar and drive thru?

For hot bar it’s just steam milk (if it’s hot), queue shots (press the button), put syrup in while those shots are pulling, groom milk, then pour in and finish with lid. Wym by drive-thru?

by drive thru, i meant the process of ringing them, giving the car the drinks/food, like what is the order it goes by?

Oooooooh you can do it whichever way works best for you. If there’s a line in drive I like to make sure I’ve got the last car’s order taken and then go to ringing up the person at my window. But yeah you just have them pay, give them their stuff and then if there’s another person waiting to order I take theirs before the next car pulls up.

I was told to always prioritize taking the order because people will speak into it and be like “hello????” whereas people at the windows aren’t gonna go anywhere. Also the order goes in sooner so it makes everything quicker. I never use a specific sequence I just always make sure the order is prioritized
