Don't work at Starbucks, I work at a deli and this feeling translates hard. I love watching my lil trainees flipping pans correctly and sanitizing everything like I taught them. Gives me warm fuzzies.

hi, please try talking to your SM. Trainer is the one who would make your base strong ,just like a plant- they are the ones who make your roots strong and strong rooted plants can survive ANYTHING

Thank you 💚 They have. We are doing block scheduling and my trainer is in the PM block, but I just got moved to the AM block this week so it's been better.

Wish I'd actually get scheduled to train the green beans. At my licensed store apparently the actual store doesn't care about starbucks' process for training. So im out here like "why did I even take the time to get certified?"
