I called out the peppermint mocha I just made and this guy who JUST ORDERED an Americano goes to pick it up and I went oh no I haven’t started yours yet sir and he still grabs the mocha and accidentally drops it... I could have cried. The mocha even had a beautiful whip and everything

I hate customer a like this, esoeciallt when you make a point to tell them it isn't theirs or they just assume it is and grab every cup like they don't remember what they ordered. Why would you pick up a peppermint mocha if you ordered an Americano?!?
