Hello All!

First lets start with I'm new to reddit so I apologize ahead of time if this is in the wrong place or something.

So I just had PDP/1:1 with my SM. I think I'm ready to start working to become an SM and he agreed but of course there is always stuff to work on to get the job you want. He gave me a few things to work on a towards, plus a few things I could do that could help speed up the process.

For personal growth to become the leader that an SM should be he said I should work on my Composure, which fair, and Coaching. I'm a SS and Barista Trainer already, but he is talking about coaching in the moment.

For store growth he wants me to try to think of plans of action to help us in certain areas and/or prepare events that could also help the store in different way. The areas the store needs improvement are Cleanliness, Food Sales (It's just always good to have high UPH), and Customer Connection (Which my store has always had a problem with being in a mall and all)

I was just wondering if there are any SM's or ASM's current or prior that could help me in this process. I have a few ideas but I'm always looking to learn from others and see if anybody has amazing ideas!
