Me on DTO: *totally deadpan because he did this the day before and then proceeded to say “hope to see you again”* “So you want a tall Christmas blonde roast and espresso shots. How many shots would you like in there?”
Creepwad: “Oh, no. I was trying to make a joke. It’ll just be a tall blonde roast, black...”
Me on DTR: “Here’s that coffee for ya. Also please know that your joke isn’t funny, is technically sexual harassment because you do this every time a female partner takes your order, is gross, and no one in this store appreciates it.”

If he does it again, don’t serve him. I’d use the new third place policy as an excuse not to, he’s disrupting the third place experience with odd sexual innuendos. You don’t get paid enough.

Bring SSV in to have the conversation, they should be trained to do it and it definitely violates third place. If SSV can’t then SM. If SM won’t reach out to your DM.

Have you reached out to your DM? If your store is not living up to the mission and values and enforcing third place policies DM should help. If not, then it’s time to contact PCC and let them know

I always order a venti blonde light ice. The barista asked me if I wanted room for cream and I said no and she said “one Nicki Minaj for ya” which I thought was funny. It happened two more times, same barista. So the next time my dumb ass thought to order it that way thinking I heard the same barista’s voice. It wasn’t . Was awkward. Haven’t done it again. Shouldn’t have tried. My apologies.

The first time he did it, he turned to Venti White Mocha (his friend or w/e) and said “I’ll show you next time, but I can literally come up to the order screen and say ‘gimme a tall dirty hot blonde’ and they’ll know what I’m talking about and make it.”
