And I saw a machine called a Clover l? I think? In a cafe only store that had the m2s. I'm from a m1 store and I was wondering if anyone could clarify what a clover was/what it does?

It's basically a single-cup fine-mesh mechanical french press that stores that offer reserve coffees use to brew them. They're faster than a pour-over, and the use of vacuum pressure to separate the water from the grounds allows for a bit of a deeper flavor.

We have ours and sell maybe 15 a day... I love our clover.

They were a pain during peak because they took forever but they do make a very clean cup of coffee
