Yessss!! The part about asking whether they still want class in their ice coffee is important!! There are a lot of instances where people will just assume that because a customer said they wanted vanilla in their ice coffee, that that means they don’t want the classic.

FYI, the only warming we are supposed to ask about are the ones that say “recommend warm” on the POS. Otherwise, it is up to the customer to tell you if they have a preference.

okay yes thank you i didn’t know this and i’ve been here for 1.5 years. but that’s hot. literally??
but i did have a man once assume pumpkin bread was warmed. ordered 2. when i handed it to him unwarmed (bc at a certain point when i’m doing DT and food i don’t wanna warm stuff) and he was upset when i handed those to him unwarmed. and obviously i couldn’t take them back. so i had to get him two more bc he didn’t want “cold” bread.

Also it is good to ask if they want whip or not! Sometimes people don't realize it comes with whip, or they think just because they got an alternative milk beverage that it automatically comes with no whip.

For a drink that uses more than one syrup say for a hot venti, would you do 5 pumps of each syrup or 5 total? For now I’ve been doing 5 of each but now I’m worried I’ve been doing it wrong all this time.

5 of each. When hot chocolate used to get vanilla, a venti peppermint hot chocolate would get a total of 12 pumps. It’s insane

A short caramel macchiato would get 1 pump of syrup right? I mean usually people don't order it but idk. So a venti iced is 26 ounces not 24, correct?
