**creating wondering and meaningful customer interactions** whenever they ask about why you think you’d be s good fit

Starbucks tends to look for customer-forward partners. Customers are important and customer scenarios will most likely come up. When those do make sure you go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, and “making the moment right” is a big phrase around here. If you do have a love and interest for coffee and crafting drinks mention that as well, it’s a plus. I also think it’s good to have questions of your own to ask the person interviewing you, I believe it shows that you’re serious about the position and that you are taking initiative. Good questions to ask could be around what training looks like, how long that takes, how the atmosphere is and how partners get along, and anything you’re curious about. On clothing, business casual is of course nice, and I think looking up the dress code and following that is a good touch. (The newest dress code is one page, not the really long old one.) Biggest tip is to show confidence and positivity, good luck!
