this is probably a dumb question but if I’m training a bunch of people now and quit in less than 3 months will I somehow still get the training bonus?(self.starbucksbaristas)

just realized all the misery I’ve gone through these past couple weeks training people probably has been for nothing 😭😭😭

The 3 month rule is common misinformation. You get the referral bonus when a person you referred to be hired has been employed for 3 months. Your SM puts in the training bonus any time after the trainees finish barista basics.

ahh!! that is very good news. although is it possible to have a misinformed SM that waits the 3 months to give you the bonus? bc I was talking to my ASM and that’s where I got this info on the 3 month rule for trainees, so should I bring it up to my SM?

Can you link this information? My manager has always paid me three months after training.

As soon as barista basics is completed by your trainees your manager can put your bonus in. I had to check my paycheck and remind my manger to put my training bonus in , you may have to do the same .

I'm not sure of the logistics but it would seem you would be paid in the same way you were for the actual hours put in? Do the bonuses usually come much later? Anyhow-- I would imagine you will be paid. It is your money!

There's a training bonus? I keep getting told that the training bonus program was stopped. Where can I find the information?
