Today is first day back after having to self isolate. I clock on in 15 minutes and I heard a customer ask if we have condensed milk. It’s uh... good to be back?

I have not but now I want to try it! I live in a very uhhh let’s say homogenous area so I never knew this was a thing.

White mocha makes a good sub for condensed milk! Big Vietnamese population here— they get a mock Vietnamese iced coffee, which is varying pumps of WM and shots over ice.

If you like a more intense espresso taste normally I see like. 4-8 pumps wm, quad or triple espresso, over ice. It varies depending on the order. Some get half and half, most opt to leave it out.
