I really feel like with the rising number of cases we should go back to closing the lobby. My store has been slammed with mobile and cafe orders to the point where our lobby fills with people. There’s no social distancing anymore and a lot of people without masks slip through because of the chaos of the crowd.
I’m glad business is doing well and I’m grateful for my job but for our safety and the safety of others I definitely feel like we need to go back to pick ups outside. I’m exhausted and I’m so over being afraid for my own health

We just shut down our lobby to grab and go but I wanna go back to fully closed tbh. It would just make lived easier and safer

There's an "ethics and compliance section in the partner portal. (labeled "speaking up" in the menus)
It includes a 24/7 hotline that leads to a third-party reporting company who can take a complaint and forward it to corporate. (Bypassing the local management).
If the store is violating social distancing rules by allowing too many people in the lobby, call them and file a complaint about it.

Most baristas won't ask people to wear a mask at my store anyways... Idk why... I think I might be the only one willing to do it sadly. At least once a day during night shift someone comes in with no mask, but I'm usually dto or window so I can't say anything.

We had cafe seating for a week or so before a partner tested positive. Then we had two more just now test positive and haven’t had the store professionally cleaned and they just stopped working when they got sick so we’re running business as usual.

I agree. We should've stayed closed. If people need their fix that bad, the can all go through DT. Early on people would be so rude and they would order multiple frapps and refreshers; I'm like really?

Our cafe is closed, but for some reason partners still sit at tables maskless during their breaks... in front of customers. Not a good look and just really frustrating

Yeah I’ve noticed that once at my store but luckily she understood how bad it looked bc the tables were closed. Most of us hang out in our cars for our break

We reopened our cafe for a few weeks & a fellow partner reached out to corporate with complaints. After a few visits from various higher-ups, our cafe has been re-closed. We all feel the relief of this, no matter how vocal or not we had been while it was open.
