Or glitter pens or fun pens to decorate her name tags
Also she will most likely start on drive and window for a hot second so, like, if you live in a cold place get her some badass gloves

About the pens should I do erasable so she can redo it if she wants or is the nametag a material where it can be wiped off?

Naw. They give you a little black name tag and if you just give her like white chalk markers she can cover it with like a clear nail polish to make it stay

So many sharpies. I suggest either the double sided ones (fine tip on one end regular on the other) or the click ones. Maybe a huge thing of colorful sharpies? I see stuff like that at target

Pens and sharpies are always needed and appreciated; cannot emphasize enough how many of these we go through. You could get her a really nice unscented lotion, especially as a Christmas present you could go higher end like Kiehl’s ultimate strength hand salve. You could also get her epsom bath salts & relaxing scented (lavender, etc.) bath bombs for post-work care!

Metallic sharpies or paint pens! Or some cute pins to put on her apron (the pins are a maybe, every store is different so some allow fancy pins and others don't).
