I've been in a very similar situation before. I told my manager something private about my health that I felt obligated to share with my employer and a week later, I was told by partners that he mentioned it to 5 other people over our 6 headsets.
I called the EEOC and like, got a head start on a lawsuit. Then I confirmed what he said with 3 people who heard him say it. Then I emailed our DM and told her I was willing to sue over it if she didn't act. I never called the PRC as their training is to talk us out of this sort of thing.
She fired him a week later and I'm still with the company as partner #1961...
I recommend that you first decide if your claim is legally legitimate and if you have corroborating witnesses. Then decide what you want? Is it an apology? A settlement? Something else? Then line everything up and give decision-makers a professional, written complaint. Go from there. Good luck!

If you feel comfortable doing so, approach your manager & explain what has happened, how you feel, & how inappropriate it was. If you do not feel comfortable doing that, I reckon you can reach out to higher-ups; I hope someone else will respond w more corporate-type info. I'm sorry this happened to you.
