It might be easy to copy and paste a text to anyone you see that isn’t scheduled already and isn’t at 40 hours already for the time you need off of your SM schedules you during the time you need off.
Honestly, I had the same problem when I started and still to do this day (2 years later even though I’m the most tenured barista at my store) everyone treats me like garbage and like I’m doing everything wrong/don’t know anything. It got better after a few months. I still notice coworkers doing this to new partners and I’ve told my SM but nothing has changed. I hope things start getting better for you if you decide to stay :/

Hi!

So first off... I felt the same way, like a burden to everyone else. Especially my first 4-6 months, it felt like I was doing everything wrong, and literally almost all (except for 2-3 really nice people) were making comments behind my back. After 5-6 months, I finally got the hang of it though.

As far as the group text issue, it seems that you're not the only person with that problem. What about suggesting to a few people that everyone moves to a GroupMe group chat, or a Facebook group chat? That should solve that problem, especially if other people are having the same problem. My store did a GroupMe chat (before I left) and it worked perfectly.
As far as the drinks, don't get too stressed, especially if you're pretty new. After 6 months, you should start getting the hang of it. I lasted at the job for a year, and even after a year, there were still some drinks I was confused with. Don't be afraid asking for help. If you make mistakes, it's ok. Also, if you are working a shift that isn't too busy, maybe ask for the SSV or someone on bar to teach you some drinks. That's basically what I did for about 3 months before I was ever placed on bar during peak.

Lastly, I doubt anyone hates you. I know you said that no one has the time or patience to deal with you. They aren't doing it because they dislike you, it's probably just because they're busy too and overwhelmed. Most of the time the stores are too busy and short staffed, and people don't have the time to help out. That's why I suggested that you try to learn bar during non-busy times, since it will likely help out a lot.

Best of luck!
